They say that beauty comes with a great price. Though the fashion industry projects people of different figures, shapes and sizes, ranging from Kate Moss to Adriana Lima, still, it has always been a dominant choice for women to have better-sized boobs. However, since its not like everyone has pockets filled with enough money to undergo surgeries or buy expensive breast enhancing supplements, a range of practices and exercises has been found to be helpful in achieving that strong curvy effect on the chest.

To begin with are the cultural fallacies. A number of females claim the practice of sleeping backside up during their teenage years has helped them increase their breast size. Though there is no scientific proof supporting this claim, this fallacy has always remained popular.

Vegetarian females stand better chances of increasing their breast size, for it has been found out that a number of fruits and vegetables contains enzymes that promotes build up of sebaceous fats, the type of fat that consist of human breasts. Ripe papaya fruits and potato bulbs have been found to be high on these enzymes. However, cooking and storage of these products matter to their enzyme content. Extreme temperatures have been found to “kill” these enzymes, that’s why salad forms and half-cook meals is advised for these fruits and vegetables in order to preserve their natural breast enhancing agents.

Another good practice to help you achieve the effect is through exercise. However, exercises do not exactly make your boobs larger, but they develop the muscles under the breasts. Firming of these muscles will cause your breasts to hold up higher than its usual slope, giving the effect of having bigger breasts. A number of abdominal exercises have been found to be capable of firming the said muscles, including the most popular routine of all time, the sit-ups.

Before you start raiding your nearest grocery for Papaya or hitting the gym for the exercise, you should also consider your family’s genetics. Observe the trend among your family and your extended family female members, if is there really a chance for you to grow what you want and lastly, none of these won’t work if you would not have a conscious effort to always stand up straight.
