I remember my acquaintance before (when she was still alive), she used to have this brace which she uses in order to improve her posture. During that time, I somehow agreed with my friends but as I come to know about proper posture, I beg to change my view. There are things that you need to know in order to achieve it.

The first one is for all of us to try to open up. The usual set up of office girls or boys are having a whole day of work in front of a computer. The second one is for you to exercise. Having some stretching and a little time of standing or walking for a while after lunch break is not enough in order for you to create a good posture. What you need to do is to allot just one day in a week. Have some biking or jogging, at least 30 minutes in a week, which is already huge compared to sleeping it all on Sundays. As a result, you will have more that can offer to life. A healthy and a disease-free body - something that is being envied by people all over the world, that’s what you will possess.

Once you sit down and face your everyday date - the computer, we seldom notice about how we should sit down properly. We should sit down straight and not slouchy. You know why? If you slouch all day, the tendency is for you to lose your focus and rather tend to sleep. It really creates awareness as well as discipline. You must also practice yoga (another stage).
