Aside from stationeries, pocket watches is the most popular gift item that time Tiffany and Co. is known to be distributing.

After it has opened more stores within the city, Tiffany and Co. has also developed its shops' appearance. Its exterior has also been improved to better be seen as an edifice of elegance and luxury within the busiest and highly commercial district in the world. Due to this highly posh appearance, Tiffany and Co. stores have been a venue of many popular movies. The branch on the 38th Street was also recognized by the United States National Register of Historic Places as one of the living historical structures in the country. For Tiffany and Co. to provide itself better identity, it has registered itself a trademark color known as Tiffany Blue.

At present, there are a total of 103 Tiffany and Co. stores around the world, not yet including the 64 shops they have in United States alone. Though its flagship outlet still remains in New York, the largest shop it has outside the said city is base don Fairfax Square in Tyson's Corner, VA. Tiffany and Co. has further spreader itself among the western countries, only opening its first shop within Asia at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia on September 2007. In the said Malaysia store can be seen the same decor elements the New Work flagship shop has.
